Health Initiatives will be offering a free, weekly drop-in mindfulness class for faculty, staff, and students. Each class will provide a guided meditation and discussion of the benefits of the continued practice.
Feb 5 to Mar 12
This six-week series focuses on teaching students, faculty and staff skills related to nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management which will ultimately lead to a thriving lifestyle.
Feb 10 to Mar 3
Join fellow students, faculty, and staff cascading through canyons, up and down mountains and repelling through waterfalls.
Feb 11 to Apr 14
Join fellow students, faculty, and staff experiencing nature and challenging yourself physically.
